This system consists of the following three subsystems:
1.TTS System:This subsystem is a speech processing and recognition system whose purpose is to receive text and convert it into speech, commonly referred to as TTS. The latest machine learning techniques are used in this subsystem to generate speech with the highest possible accuracy and speed. The developed system is also non-autoregressive and predicts and generates speech from text in the shortest possible time. New deep learning algorithms and transformers have been designed for this purpose. The system is capable of generating speech in different dialects.
2.VOIP System:This subsystem receives the phone numbers of the target audience and the audio generated by TTS, then calls customers and provides them with their first and last names along with the desired message. This subsystem can personalize calls based on user information. The number of calls per minute can be configured according to the number of available telecommunications channels.
3.IVR Subsystem:This subsystem allows interactive call scenarios between an organization and its users to be defined without coding. When a user calls a designated number, interaction takes place between the system and the user. After receiving information from the user, relevant information is immediately communicated to the user through audio generated by the system.
